| 1974/1976 OMEGA 828 Sports Cruiser built by Trident marine.
This beautiful 28’ classic sports cruiser has been owned by our family for nearly 15 years. The fibreglass hull was based on a classic Soni Levi design with a deepwater planing keel.
She is finished in White with a Midnight Blue stern with a complete replacement Teak deck and Blue upholstery. During our ownership she has been maintained and upgraded with no expense spared at a cost substantially in excess of our asking price. She is fitted with 2 turbocharged 180 BHP Ford Sabre Diesels. Both engines have been comprehensively rebuilt and recently fitted with brand new gearboxes, rebuilt diesel injection pumps, new heat exchangers etc. The cabin has been refurbished as necessary and has a galley with gas hob and sink with pressurized water system. Electric head ( toilet ), automatic fire extinguisher system, automatic bilge pumps, depth sounder, compass, power trim tabs, new anchor locker installed with power windlass. 3 batteries with shore power, new high performance propellers, new water tank with freshwater shower at rear. Cockpit upholstery has been renewed plus all new Navy Blue towelling covers for all deck cushions. Full cockpit cover. This boat will cruise economically at 25 knots with a top speed circa 30 knots. Currently in the South of France and can be viewed or demonstrated there. We have a simply gigantic folder of history documenting work going back over 20 years.
